The program covers a wide range of topics, from initial partner introductions and expectations to crisis management, communication strategies, documentation, and understanding critical social and health factors. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of best practices in providing support, managing challenging situations, and working collaboratively within a team.
All new staff and Supervisors must complete the independent onboarding training, which is billable for up to 4 hours, before working with Warriors.
