Neuro Community Care partners with community based organizations that represent all 50 states and Puerto Rico to provide community support, home health, respite, music therapy, art therapy, recreational therapy, other alternative therapies, and many other services to our clients and their families.

Providing services in the community helps our clients address their injury or illness in real, everyday settings and build social capital in the communities they live.

All partners – known as “Providers” – are carefully vetted by nationally recognized regulatory organization (CARF, State Licensure, etc.) or directly through NCC’s team. 

Providers without National or State accreditation must annually complete the following checks and trainings:
